"Ladesäule auf dem Gelände ist natürlich super. Lage an sich auch gut. Alles andere hat nicht im Ansatz 4 Sterne verdient. Alles ist alt, Wände teilweise brüchig und kaputt, bis auf neue Kommoden und Fernseher, ist nichts auf dem Neusten Stand. Das Wlan hat nur in der Lobby funktioniert, im Zimmer gar nicht. Für 4 Sterne und den Preis pro Nacht, sind wir richtig enttäuscht worden."

"We had a really lovely stay in Pisa. The room was cosy, spotlessly clean, and in a fantastic central location, making it easy to explore the city. The check-in and check-out process was simple and hassle-free, and we really appreciated being able to leave our bags when we arrived early.
