"We booked this hotel nearly a year ago but when we arrived they said that they only had one room available which wasn't very nice so would we like an "upgrade" to their sister hotel. We looked at both rooms and decided to stay in the sister hotel which was OK. I think this is a ploy that they use on a regular basis."

Generally quiet but interesting neighborhood with a local feel but convenient to sites (by public transportation, and Colisseum area is within walking distance).
