"4 stars because the customer service was decent. My guy at the desk was patient enough with me and did what he could, as I had messed up the reservation and like to had a stroke in the process. The room was cleanish, everything pretty much what you would expect for the price. Def keep the door locked tho"

"Got to hotel at 3:30 to get ready for dinner at 5 and room was not clean and ready until 445 so we had to wait in lobby. The rooms had a terrible smell. Was given handicap room that i felt like shower was not safe for kids because the water ran to middle of bathroom which made floor extremely slippery. There was no hot water on top of no water pressure. Was not please with hotel and will be staying alsewhere at next visit to town."

"Lovely Hotel, clean, staff are attentive, fabulous breakfast. Easy access to highway. The only issue we had was our room faced the parking lot and the security light shone directly into our room. There were no drapes to pull across the window, only sheer curtains. "

The room we had was a *bit* messy (dirty floors that needed a good mopping), but the bed was clean and comfortable. It's definitely not luxury, but you're also not paying luxury prices. It's a cheaper hotel, but it was (mostly) clean, comfortable, and in a great spot in the city. The staff was also very responsive when our room card kept resetting, though that was definitely was a pain point for the trip."
