"Pool closed both days; gym closed at 7 pm on a Sunday. Chose hotel to use their facilities. Room was excellent; clean, decent size, respectable furniture."

"Overall it was “ok”… The room was not the cleanest when we arrived. The floor was dirty, one 1 towel set, no drinks/snacks as advertised in the “premium room”. I went down to the desk and they did have the room service come back in the morning and cleaned. It was better and they did restock the towels for us. The staff was really nice and polite. We did pay for the “premium room” that was supposed to come with snacks and drinks, but we never received that. The staff at the front desk apologized and gave me two bottles of water, but said they had no snacks. My son was looking forwards to snacks. I ended up having to get him snacks with my own money out of the vending machine to make it up to him. "

"Homewood Suites in Teaneck gave my relatives a very pleasant and comfortable stay during a special family occasion. I am a resident of Teaneck. I booked a 2-queen suite for my aunt, uncle, and cousin for 3 nights as part of a surprise 80th birthday celebration for my mother, and they truly enjoyed their time there. The suite was roomy and well set up, with a small living area, sofa bed, and kitchenette, which made it feel very convenient and homey. The staff were kind, accommodating, and very helpful throughout their stay. My relatives especially enjoyed the unlimited buffet-style breakfast, which was definitely their favorite part. They also appreciated the 24-hour coffee in the lobby and the free parking for guests. On top of that, the view of New York City from the room was such a nice bonus. It made the whole experience even more memorable. I would definitely book at this hotel again when more family comes to visit."
