"The room was not the room I booked. It was supposed to be a queen suite with a pull out sofa bed. It turned out to be a double bed with a couch. The room was dirty and the bathroom had damage to the wall. We cancelled the reservation at the desk. "

"The room was not up to Hilton standards. There was no hot water for a shower until later in the night. Our room was bare standard, no closet but instead a cheap rack to hold our clothes. Coffee downstairs was 5$ and in the room 3$ for a bottled water. It was a huge disappointment starting our vacation, however it did have a good service ride to the airport."

"We have stayed here before when we had a plane to catch the next day. It is clean and convenient. The staff are very nice. This time there were two changes we don’t like. A sports bar and grill has opened there, and the clientele for that took a good deal of the parking space. If we had not lucked out when someone happened to leave, we would have had to park all the way behind the property in the maintenance area, which is less secure and a long way from the front door.
