The staff are all extremely friendly and more than happy to help with anything you need, really good customer service. I travel alone as a solo woman and I felt 100% safe at all times. "This is a nice family hotel for a reasonable price. Stuff is very friendly and smily. The room we stayed in was very good, spacious and clean, with a nice shower and a huge balcony. The room was very well soundproof. It was very calm during the night. And the blackout curtains kept the room dark during the mornings.
