"This hotel was just like the pictures and there was hardly anything out of place. The customer service was always quick and professional whenever I needed anything or had a question. I place a premium on the air conditioning which many fancy hotels only pretend to have and deny any issues when you complain. That was not an issue here as the room was cold just as I preferred. "Wife and i had an absolutely perfect experience here. VERY clean, staff is happy and eager to help you, very classy and comfortable place. Great breakfast buffet with both indoor and outdoor seating, phenomenal italian restaurant on the roof with an amazing view of Izmir, and an awesome pool area. Pool is big, clean, and the staff was on point with their service. This is my new favorite place to vacation and we will be back next year! Thank you all at the Swissotel izmir!"
