Beautiful lodge to stay in,atmosphere is wonderful,it's like staying with old friends!The staff are exceptional,going out of the way to make your stay comfortable and memorable.The food is delicious,very fresh and well cooked!Much thought and care have gone into creating such a special place and it does feel like living in a village in the midst of nature.One leaves with beautiful memories!Thank you to all the staff!Strongly recommended for guests who value peace and quiet away from the crowds!

Tolle Bungalows und Pool

Sehr schöne Bungalows in einer ruhigen kleinen Anlage mit Pool. Das Frühstück war etwas abwechslungsreicher als in den anderen Hotels in Sri Lanka, daher sehr gut. Abendessen war sehr lecker und zu einem fairen Preis. Sehr gute Lage zu den örtlichen Ausflugspunkten und sehr nettes Personal. Die Anfahrt ist etwas abenteuerlich, da man auf einer unbefestigten Straße durch das Dorf fährt. Sind aber ohne Probleme mit dem eigenen Wagen, auch bei Dunkelheit gut zurecht gekommen. Kleine Abzüge gibt es wegen mehreren Spinnennetze im Zimmer und weil der Baum nachts, wenn es sehr windig war, sehr laut gegen das Haus knallte. Sollte in dieser Kategorie nicht passieren.

Beautiful retreat

Wonderful & calm retreat from the heat of this great area. The rooms are excellent, staff amazing & food delicious! It was the perfect 4 night base for our family & the children especially loved the pool in the afternoons. I highly recommend Kuwera Eco Lodge.

Hotel propre personnel adorable

Bon séjour, par contre, la piscine était opaque et verte d'algues (mais le personnel nous assurait qu'on pouvait s'y baigner). De plus, l'hôtel est très éloigné de tout et la route qui y arrive est traversée par des éléphants la nuit et donc il est interdit de sortir de l'hôtel apres la tombée de la nuit (18h30), un peu dommage. Les chambres sont très confortables
