I have never been welcomed with so much helpful information at any establishment in my life. Our cabin was quaint and cozy. The two local pubs were both in walking distance and had delicious dinners. My best!

Waitomo Lodge
Nice place to stay near caves with a small downtown area. Motel is near the train tracks but really didn’t bother us

Woodlyn Park
Awesome experience in the cockpit. But due to rain overnight, could hear the rain on the plane roof while sleeping on the upper deck.

Te Tiro Accommodation
Lovely little rural stay — quiet, clean, and very comfortable. Great hosts with great local knowledge spots to visit and a perfect spot to relax away from the city. Would happily stay again.
