"Por ser um local de praia a frequência da limpeza deveria ser maior. Considero muito de 3 em 3 dias. Mesmo que não trocassem a roupa de cama na mesma frequência, mas passar um pano e tirar o lixo, já seria melhor! Os funcionários estão acima da média de porto seguro. O café da manhã muito bom também!"

"Very smelly bathroom, weak shower with heating problems, breakfast starts too late, room service only until 8:30 pm, they didn't give me a knife and fork when I asked for them. The Wi-Fi doesn't work, the TV doesn't work."

"The hotel has a very nice pool side and that was the main reason why we have stayed over in the hotel during the last two years. This year during the Carnaval. The hotel staff do their job, but absolutely nothing more, nothing extra for you. Change of rooms is impossible, even when there is availability. It was rather noizy in the morning so sleeping over 08:00 was not possible.The cleaning during the period was rather poor."

"Sobre minha estadia: Já estive neste hotel antes e desta vez notei que o café da manhã estava com menos variedade. Outro ponto a cerca eletrica está muito baixa o que pode ocasionar em algum acidente. Mais um ponto: Cerveja no bar da piscina está um valor exorbitante o que impossibilita o consumo. E por último acho que deveriam tomar precauções com relação a excursão de adolescentes pois contrastam com o amviente do hotel que é tranquilo e familiar. No mais eu goato muito deste hotel pois os...
