"If you are viewing this property from hotels.com, note there is no laundry available. While there was “room cleaning” our towels and sheets were never changed, we were there for 6 nights. We were told we could notify the front desk, however, their hours are so limited that it was tough to coordinate. This place is very basic, the doors are loud and so at night the sounds echo, the beds are comfortable enough. I would recommend this place if you are hoping to stay in ponta delgada on a budget. "

"The staff at PDL was so awesome. The breakfast was fresh, healthy and lovely. The rooms were clean and the location was great! It’s walking distance to the marina, great restaurants and local shops. We would definitely visit again. So lovely!"
