"Bueno tengo para decir que tuve una experiencia excelente empezando en la recepción muy amables las chicas leticia y Deborah, el personal de las habitaciones no recuerdo los nombres tambien muy atentas, el staff del restaurante son bien atentos y serviciales Henry y los demas chicos que tampoco recuerdo los nombres eran bien atentos tambien y muy serviciales, el área de playa y de la piscina bien limpio, la comida excelente desayuno incluido, con desayuno Dominicano,Francés y americano muy buenos.las habitaciones muy cómodas, el gerente del hotel muy atento Miguel, este alojamiento lo recomiendo 100% volveré otra vez me gustó mucho."

"While the staff are extremely friendly and helpful, the property itself is in a state of disrepair. The bathroom had significant mold and the windows do not seal tightly which allowed mosquitos to enter at will. Additionally, there were more than one cockroach noted on the property. The pool is adequate for a property of this size. The food at the restaurant is included in the price, which was great - but menu options are limited, and the flavor is quite basic. The telephone listed for the property was NEVER answered, and I tried calling before arrival and multiple times during the stay. There is supposed to be a person on duty to open the parking lot if you return after hours, but most times he was asleep and it was necessary to drive to front of property and ring the on call front desk person to then have them contact the person in the back to open the parking lot. The property does give all guests ear plugs which is necessary given that there is a club/discoteque next door with music that vibrates the building until after midnight. The air conditioner would only work on one setting and the temperature could not be adjusted. "

"If you like loud music that you can’t escape from it even in your room, this place is for you. If you expect the pictures or the description to match the hotel.com description- choose a different place. We chose the premium room and we found it so badly maintained that my wife did not even stay for the second night . I had to stay because of an early commitment the following day. The manager changed the description of the property after we asked about the kettle and the coffee maker that was listed in amenities."
