"Very good location in city centre however we went there when they were preparing for a big city wide festival and the main road was closed so check that before going if you're traveling by car (call the hotel for instructions on how to get to their parking in this case).

"Staff was friendly when present. Had some challenges with the shower and shower head. A friendly cat roams freely inside which is probably ok for some people. Couldn't find anyone at 0700 to check-out or assist (or coffee!!). Difficulty Parking. We would try a different option next time but the staff is helpful. Training might be lacking in my opinion."

The rooms are large, and it is worth the extra to get a room with a balcony to sit outside beneath the pine forest; and some rooms have a view of the valley. "It was not clear the spa was an additional charge and it did not say anywhere that it was over 18 only. Our children were disappointed.
Very poorly equipped kitchen, no peeler or tin opener. One completely blunt knife. No tea towel to dry up.
Sofa bed small and hard. Other bed was comfortable.
Outside area nice with mountain view but not big enough to sit around the table provided."
