"The hotel stay was good for "after-tornado" circumstances. There was still physical damage to the exterior of the building but the interior was good. The staff was helpful. The room was clean, however the lighting available was subpar. Also, the tv remote control was semi-funtional at best. We actually needed a replacement so that the tv could be used. The beds were clean and comfortable. Overall, the room was good but nothing spectacular."

"I wasn’t expecting much as this seemed like a “convention center” hotel. My great experience started when I needed to get some room adjustments made. The individual at the desk I talked to was amazing. Courteous and helpful and thoughtful about the adjustments. The hotel was spotless. Just a great experience and great staff!"

"Newly renovated and room was very clean besides being dusty. When I booked online, I booked a king room. I ended up with 2 full size beds in the room. When I asked the front desk staff they said they only had “queen rooms”. We could have made do with a queen but the 2 double beds were disappointing."
