"This was an awful stay.
I called upon arrival in the room to report a CLOGGED shower drain and a broken phone.
I was told Engineering would visit to resolve.
The next morning I went IN PERSON to report this issue because no one had came. I was assured it would be fixed.
It was NOT.
I showered for 3 days in a PUDDLE of water with DRAIN FLIES and NO PHONE.
Location was good, customer service and cleanliness was abhorrent. "

"EVERY front desk associate I interacted with was very professional amd courteous. I arrived way early for my check-in as our cruise ship docked at 8am and the location is only minutes away, though they couldn't accommodate me right then; they checked on me and made sure my stay was comfortable. Meant a lot to me because unfortunately you don't get that as often these days. Great Job Hampton Inn (Convention)"

"Hotel was in a good location except for the loud amplified music coming from Bourbon street which sometimes went on until 3 a.m. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were great! Bar was a fun place to hang out. Outside pool and roof deck looked good. Wasn’t able to enjoy due to weather. "

"Breakfast was ok. The coffee was warm, at best. The staff was very nice. Had stomach issues after almost each day. We had a one time $29.00 credit from Expedia. This wasn’t explained well. We had to give the voucher upon a meal or drink at the bar, which we didn’t realize until we got home. We assumed it would come off at checkout. A credit would be appreciate! The pillows were very uncomfortable. Location was excellent, room was very nice. "
