There were many other families with young children and you could not hear them moving about. So definitely a family friendly place to stay. Convenient. "The pool staff was super protective of the area and made clear no outside drinks were allowed because there was a poolside bar staff to take drink orders. However, they never came out or seemed to want to provide drinks. The rooms were ok but definitely not as nice as the suggested classification of the hotel. We had a room that had a weird sound coming through the door like a wind tunnel but they moved us. Was never offered my VIP free drink as was advertised by Expedia status. Decent stay but...

"I have stayed at this property before and have always had a positive experience. Unfortunately, this stay was different due to ongoing safe installations in the guest rooms. Beginning around 7:00 a.m. on Sunday morning, the sound of drilling was constant and continued until we checked out around 11:00 a.m. What was most disappointing was that we were never informed of this work at check-in. Starting such a noisy project so early in the morning, especially on a weekend, was disruptive to guests...

Bathroom floor had dirt sitting on it- as if someone with work boots had walked through it. Wallpaper peeling off bathroom walls.
