"A localização é bem no centro, próximo a supermercados, tem 1 pastelaria bem pertinho que funciona 24h, fica perto da Avenida Afonso Pena onde aos domingos tem a feira hippie, eu fui andando a feira só 10min e fica também cerca de 8min andando até o Mercado Central de Belo Horizonte porém, a limpeza deixa a desejar. Só estavam forrando a cama, só no terceiro dia que recolheram o lixo do banheiro e apenas no meu último dia completo lá limparam o banheiro."
