The place, however, despite being mordern, has literally zero charm. But it is very well located, and the price is absolutely right. My main problem was the communication: As I booked via hotels.com, a plethora of conflicting and confusing information follwed (e.g. you have to check-in elswhere; we will reveal information if you give us informatin on this form (which was empty). Contact us if .. with no contact information. A link to paypal and twint without telling me what they wanted me to pay. I eventually found out their email, and contacted them to get the missing information. This chaos sort of represents also their attitude: you do not feel welcome. Noone said - glad to have you as a guest, but there are threats of "if you do not clean the kitchen, it costs .. if you do not check out exactly at the time, we will ... " . (And: check out their responses to criticism on the net). My suggestion to the organizers: Besides of all the rules and threats you communicate, you may include a welcome, glad to host you. This said: I will go back there. "
