English speaking employee was very helpful, we were the with my parents and feel themselves very valuable and received absolutely great service to make our days like heaven. "Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The service was horrible and the staff were very rude. We returned to the hotel at 4 a.m. to find the doors locked. We called multiple times, yet no one answered, leaving us no choice but to stay overnight at a friend’s place. When we tried to address this issue with the manager the next day, instead of apologizing, he blamed us for coming back late and pointed out that they are “not a 5-star hotel” — as if that justified locking guests out...

"1 gün huzurlu vakit geçirmek için tercih ettiğim otelde verilen oda fiyaskoydu. Oda barın arkasında direk barda oturan kişilerin sesleri odanın içerisindeydi. Otelin Yöneticisi konu ile ilgili hiçbir çözümcül yaklaşımı olmadı. Sadece gürültünün 11:00 de biticeğini taahhüt etti. Yalnız mutfağın toparlanması ile birlikte saat gece 01:00 de bitmiş oldu. Sabah da saat 07:00 civarında tekrar başlamış oldu. Maalesef otel tamamen ticari bakış açısıyla yönetiliyor müşteri memnuniyeti ve devamlılığı için...
