"Central location close to Lotte Mall, old town, US embassy. The staff are very friendly, super efficient, and very helpful. Very safe for solo travellers. Coffee shop with fast internet at hotel entry. Having an apartment makes a big difference for extended stays. Breakfast was really good heaps of food options. Lunch and dinner also available. "

"The reception was acceptable. The front desk personnel were friendly. The hot water took a while to flow; the knobs were not label, therefore, it was difficult to adjust the water temperature. The breakfast was quite unacceptable. The vendor that catered to the hotel was unfriendly and the menu was very limited as well. The check out time was 12:00 noon; however, the housekeeping staff sort of pushed and rushed the tenants out of the room. This is why the rating for this location earned only 4...

"The building is new, the apartment is nice, modern and fully furnished. I like this decoration, both of living room and bedroom is bright because of big glass door. I think its best place with that price. "

"The place is perfect for solo travelers. Was initially confused with the building name as "Home Key" is not on google maps. This is actually accomodation by Nyna - situated above Nyna Coffee. Check in process was rather extensive with a whatsapp group set up but the staff were all very responsive. Hopefully, this can be improved to be more seamless for guests. There is flight of stairs to get to the space above and the room is not very sound proof so you can hear people coming up and down the...

"Area is NOT in the Old Quarters despite the description, pin drop, and amenities all saying it is. Hotel staff even added me on WhatsApp before my stay to specifically tell me that it’s not in the Old Quarters and started to get very rude when I confronted them about the scam. Do not book and waste your time here; this place is at least a 20 mins drive from the Old Quarters. "
