"This hotel is budget friendly, we got two rooms last Feb25-26, rooms are clean and spacious, they got service phones but direct to front desk only. Toiletries are provided, AC's working fine, it's cold when you get into the room. If you're a light sleeper, request for a room that is far from street side, we requested for the rooms to be on second floor that time since they don't have a lift and we have senior citizen with us and heavy luggage. Across the street you'll find sari sari store and carinderia, walk farther up and you'll get to gas station where SM City in walkable distance, and also San Sebastian church. I booked my reservation with Pao, but I don't know if she/he was at work during our stay. Nevertheless, Pao was accomodating. "

"A fridge would've be nice. 1 of the walls seemed to be wet. I'm not sure what was causing that. It ended up wetting the camera bag that I had leaning against the wall. It wasn't just my room. My brother's room had the same problem. Otherwise, the place was very nice and the staff was very courteous."
