"Das Sauerland Stern Hotel war insgesamt leider nur mittelmäßig. Positiv hervorzuheben ist die sehr gute Lage – alles ist fußläufig erreichbar, was gerade für Ausflüge praktisch ist.
Leider wird dieser Vorteil durch den Service deutlich relativiert. Das Personal wirkte mehrfach unfreundlich und wenig hilfsbereit, bei Fragen oder Anliegen eher desinteressiert. Insgesamt fehlte es an Serviceorientierung und Freundlichkeit.
Für den Preis hatten wir mehr erwartet. Insgesamt würden wir das Hotel...

"Neues Hotel. Leider sehr lautes Zimmer direkt zum ständigen Türgeräuschen.
Ein Zimmertausch war leider nicht möglich.
Einige Mängel beim Service:
z.B. bestellte Weinflasche war warm, keine Handtücher im Saunabereich, 2 Tage leere Shampoo in Sauna Dusche,..."
