Kein eindeutiger Hinweis wo man zum Hotel eigentlich hinfahren muss. Ein Straßenschild wäre da absolut hilfreich und das dort dann auch der Zugang zur Rezeption möglich ist. Parkplatz für Hotelgäste und dauerhaftes Parken gehört ausgewiesen und auch extra für Hotelgäste belegt und reserviert. Nur drei oder fünf Stunden parken ist Quatsch und die Parkplätze im weißen Bereich stetig belegt. Fünf Gehminuten vom Hotel entfernt, im Teuchelweg konnte man parken dauerhaft und kostenlos, aber für Hotelgäste mit Einschränkung nicht praktisch gedacht und einfach schlecht, dass kann man für die Hotelgäste doch bestimmt mal besser organisieren. Service freundlich. Rezeption nur bis 18:30 besetzt. Zimmer ruhig. Kühlschrank war leider defekt. Was super, die Himmel Deckenbeleuchtung und Betten höhenverstellbar. Dusche begehbar und großzügig. Was fehlt Klimaanlage und Insektenschutz vor dem Fenster. Und keine Auflagen für die Liegen und Stühle auf dem Balkon, da sitzt man sehr hart. Kantenschutz am Bett fehlt. Therme Zugang hat gut funktioniert. Essens Auswahl perfekt. Nur bei hohen Außentemperaturen wenig Abkühlung in den Thermebecken möglich. Bis auf die Parkplatz Situation direkt am Hotel und die vielen Mücken im Zimmer bei offenem Fenster, da kein Insektenschutz, war alles okay. Gut man fühlte sich etwas wie in einer Reha und nicht wie Wellness Hotel. Auf dem Zimmer der Balkon und die Dachflächen welche nur mit Kies belegt waren, könnte man noch bepflanzen würde noch schöner Aussehen.

Tolles Thermalbad mit großem Außenbereich. Ideal für jede Jahreszeit. Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, alle Grüßen freundlich. Man fühlt sich sehr wohl. Zimmer sind nicht die Besten, aber zum Schlafen durchaus okay. Parkplatzsituation teilweise schwierig. Es gibt immerhin eine E-Ladestion in der Umgebung.
