"We stayed one night to visit Halstatt. The lady that checked us in was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and functional. Delicious breakfast. We had a car and the free parking was a two minute walk. There’s a pizzeria next door for dining options. The beds were comfortable and the AC was a great bonus. Thank you"

"The hotel room was spacious with balcony, with view of the forest. However, there was no hot water for showering on the night we arrived. It was at 8:30 pm, so I went to the reception desk since the letter that we were given during check in earlier that night stated that the front desk was staffed till 9:00 pm. There was nobody there. "Hotel reception staff made it slightly complicated and unwelcoming experience.
Staff did try to help but made me feel that as i have booked with Expedia hence they can not help us and suggested to book directly with hotel. Location is okay not brilliant.
This hotel can do a lot better if customers relationship is kept on focus.
Some staff members were very helpful. Breakfast and restaurant staff was amazing
Spa facilities were great.
Location of this hotel is okay."

Sehr schön ist der Pool im Dachgeschoss. Die Zimmer sind schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Glastüre zur Toilette ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig."
