Not sure about the spa experience as I only stayed for one night
The sauna was in good condition and spotless
Gym is very basic but functional
Checkin was really quick
Parking on the location is limited
Das Personal beim Frühstück und das Frühstücksbuffet war wirklich Klasse.
Leider war das Zimmer nicht so wie man es sich von einem 4**** Hotel vorstellt
Der Bettbezug war etwas schmutzig, im Aschenbecher auf dem Balkon lagen noch Zigarettenstummeln vom Vorgänger und auf dem Fußboden lag ein altes "Gummibärchen".
Das Bad sollte unbedingt mal renoviert werden.
Der Spa Bereich war sehr schön und sehr gepflegt. Die Saunen tip-top.
Udmærket hotel og et rigtig sødt personale. Men -‘vejen LARMER virkelig meget (vi betalte et tillæg for at få et værelse mod skoven i stedet for mod vejen - og det afhjalp vejstøjen, men ikke tilstrækkelig)

Das Positive zuerst: Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr großzügig und schön gestaltet mit einer guten Auswahl an verschiedenen Saunen, wobei ich die Waldsauna ausgrenzen möchte.Sie liegt sehr versteckt in einem Hinterhofbereich .Das Team im Harz-Beauty ist super nett und kompetent und auch dieser Bereich ist schön gestaltet.Der restliche Hotelbereich hinterlässt bei mir den Eindruck von gewollt und nicht gekonnt.Moderne Inneneinrichtung wurde irgendwie in altbackene Räume gestellt.Auch in den Zimmern fällt das auf,z.B.alte abgeschrammelte Messingwandlampe neben modern pinken Hirschbild oder 3 verschiedene Steckdosenarten in einem Raum mit Kabelkanälen verbunden.Nicht schön!Anmeldung und Service an der Rezeption wirken unpersönlich.Mein grösster Kritikpunkt ist aber, daß von dem auf der Expediaseite angepriesenen kostenfreien Green Fee beim nahegelegenen Golfclub keiner im Hotel was weis und auch nicht drauf eingegangen wird.Da dies aber der Grund für meine Zimmerbuchung war, hat mich das sehr geärgert.
Ein toller und gepflegter Wellnessbereich, kostenloser Bademantel, leider das Zimmer zur Straße gelegen und dementsprechend sehr sehr laut. Trotz der Wärme musste ich das Fenster auf Grund des Lautstärke schließen. Mein Fahrrad durfte ich kostenlos in der Garage unterstellen, Frühstück wollte ich mir für 20€ nicht gönnen

Leider etwas alt die Zimmer, Bett war einseitig durchgelegen und es waren Haare im Bad , Frühstück 19.50€ etwas überteuert.
Frühstück war Klasse, das Hotel sehr schön. Tolle Möglichkeiten zum Entspannen und Saunen waren top. Das Schwimmbecken ist kalt und das Zimmer ist schon etwas runtergerockt. Kostenpflichtige Parkmöglichkeiten zur Genüge vorhanden. Zu Fuß kann man vieles erreichen: Wanderungen, Therme, Restaurants, Kaffees, Tankstelle.
Insgesamt eine gute Unterkunft mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Zur Straßenseite ist es durch den Verkehr sehr laut. Der Spa-Bereich ist sehr schön. Das Frühstückbuffet ist sehr gut, leider gibt es abends kein Buffet mehr. In der Nähe gibt es aber auch gute Restaurants. Vom jetzigen Abendessen im Hotel sind wir nicht gerade begeistert. Auch in der gemütlichen Bar mit netter Bedienung kann man später gut noch ein Gläschen trinken.
Sehr nettes freundliches Personal. Auf unsere Wünsche wurde schnell und kompromisslos eingegangen. Eine super Bedienung. Besonderer Dank an Frau Susanne Kläden. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Sehr freundliches Personal, schöner Spa Bereich, leider kein Abendbuffet mehr, bei offenem Fenster im Zimmer zur Straßenseite sehr laut durch stark frequentierte Bundesstraße.
