"At first I was a bit surprised at staying in the dark yellow painted, deep red curtained and darkwood themed Africa room (135) but it grew on me. The patio area was pretty dark though. Breakfast was great but no restaurant for an evening meal nor a bar which was a shame. On leaving I realised I left my almost nearly new (expensive) CK shower gel behind and despite getting in touch that afternoon both by email and phone I received this reply at 20.00 - unfortunately we throw hygiene products from...
"Das Problem ist, dass man das Hotel am Berg nur bis 16:00 Uhr buchen kann und auch einchecken kann. Nachher ist es nicht mehr möglich dort einzustecken oder die Bergbahn führt einen auch nicht mehr nach oben. Das ist auf ihrem Portal irreführend dargestellt. Man geht davon aus man kann die ganze Zeit anreisen. Zur Not auch mit Late Checkin. Das geht eindeutig nicht. !,,,

"Die Lage ist ruhig, das angrenzende Freibad sehr schön und preiswert. Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und stets bemüht. Das Frühstück abwechslungsreich. Auch das Angebot zum Abendessen ist abwechslungsreich und nicht zu teuer. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt einmal wieder."

"Great room. Clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The young lady that checked me in was awesome, absolutely wonderful customer service. Breakfast was fabulous."
