Very nice and quiet place. Breakfast was good. The only problem is no AC or fan. It got super hot in the room. If you open window, a lot of bugs and mosquitoes coming in.

Soggiorno di due notti e giornata alle terme Vita Classica attigue all'hotel. Facile parcheggio interno; accolto cordialmente in italiano dal concierge Eugenio; bella camera spaziosa e completa; pulizia impeccabile; cenato bene per due sere al ristorante: colazione a buffet di qualità,ricca e varia; eccellente rapporto generale qualità- prezzo. Personale cortese e attento.

Es hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Zimmer sehr sauber. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück reichhaltig. Atmosphäre im Hotel sehr harmonisch und liebevoll gestaltet. Leider war ich traurig, dass meine Freundin leider ein Zimmer hatte, dass so gar nicht einem 4Sterne-Hotel entsprach. Einige Mängel im Bad und Licht funktionierte nicht. Personal darauf angesprochen reagierte aber professionell und wollte das weitergeben. Wir möchten im nächsten Jahr gerne wiederkommen.

Wir sind leider nicht so begeistert

Großes Zimmer mit viel Bewegungsfreiheit, Balkon mit 2 Stühlen und schönen Auflagen. Großes Bett, mir war die Matratze etwas zu hart, daher kein guter Schlaf. Fahrstühle vorhanden, es ist schön ruhig im Hotel. Lt. Hotels.com sollten Bademäntel und kostenloses Mineralwasser im Comfort Doppelzimmer incl. sein - beides fehlte. Frühstück war sehr ok, der Kaffeeautomat steht an der engsten Raumstelle, vor 2-3 Treppenstufen. Stellenweise keine Müslischüsseln, Besteck, Brötchen usw., man hatte den Eindruck, das sehr bemühte, freundliche Personal war doch gestresst. Die Zimmerreinigung war nicht so toll, 2 Tage mehrfach um Toilettenpapier gebeten. Handtücher fehlten, der Schminkspiegel war über 6 Tage verschmiert u. eingestaubt. Der Duschkopf ließ sich nicht richtig einstellen, das Wasser lief nur seitlich an die Wand und nicht auf den Duschenden darunter. Kein Bettwäsche- u. Handtuchwechsel bei 6 Übernachtungen. Der Barttrimmer muss runtergefallen sein, er war falsch zusammengebaut. Mein Atemgerät war 1 x aktiv als wir abends zurück kamen. Für 70 Zimmer viel zu wenig Parkplatzfläche, ständig belegt, ausweichen mussten wir 1 x in einen sehr engen Weg mit etlichen Pkw bei heftigem Regen. Alles dunkel, große, tiefe Pfütze - schwierig mit Krücken - und buchten darum notgedrungen für 4 Tage einen Tiefgaragenplatz für 10 €/Nacht. Vollgestellt mit Handwerker-/Baumaterial - s. Bilder. Das Parkhotel an der Therme bleibt bei uns leider nicht in guter Erinnerung - schade.

Mir hat das Hotel gut gefallen. Es ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber der freundliche Service und das ordentliche Frühstück reißt das raus. Es gab etwas Probleme mit dem Hund, weil man offensichtlich keine Hunde mehr im Hotel haben möchte. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt.

Kurzer schöner Aufenthalt

Die Zimmer waren gross und sauber! Im Hotel war es angenehm ruhig und das Bett sehr bequem! Das einchecken ging problemlos und schnell. Das Frühstück war vielfältig und sehr lecker! Ein Zimmer hatte Teppich, was uns persönlich nicht so gefallen hat! Wir würden und werden dieses Hotel wieder buchen!
