No one work in the respsjon in the morning or at night. We orderd comfort rom, got a small room. We paid for comfort. And noe one is at the respesjon, so we coudn,t figure out what to do. Its breakfast here, but i wasn’t much options. I think the hotel has bad air quality, smells bad.

Booked via Expedia, was told to phone for after hours access. Upon arrival no one on site, no one answered phone (even though that was instruction) No keys left outside, so we could not get inside. As a result we had to find a hotel somewhere else at the last minute. So even though they took our money, we didn’t even stay there!

Room ok, reception mediocre

Overall alright but there are a few details that make me not recommend this place. There is a fee that has to be paid upon arrival which cannot be paid by card. That could be understandable but not even change do they have. I had to give my 20€ note. I received the comment "you should know that when you travel to another land you should have cash". That finished my patience because this is obviously not necessary in many countries of Europe.

The property is very aged. Our room (junior suite), did not have upholstered armchairs as pictured online but rather very hard and small patio chairs. The shower is in the bathtub and the tub is dangerously high and narrow. No slip protection provided and it was very awkward to get out of the tub. The pressure on the showerhead was close to nothing when warm water was selected. On cold water the pressure was great, but taking a cold shower was not an option. Our counter around the sink was sticky. Room service did not clean the bathroom upon request but provided towels and toilet paper only. When we arrived we also had no choice but to purchase tickets for the Kurpark. This was an additional mandatory expense per receptionist and we were not able to opt out. Entrance for the Kurpark is €2.50 per day. We were charged €28 for 3 days. Our suite was on the 7th floor. There was also the sun terrace. The patio furnitures were not in condition to be used. All of them were damaged in one way or another. On the morning of our departure the elevator did not work. The two of us had 4 suitcases and some smaller luggage as we were in Germany x 4 weeks. As I mentioned before we were on the 7th floor and now we had to drag or heavy luggage to the 3rd floor so we could turn in our key to the cook who was there at 6:30AM preparing breakfast. He assisted us to fully get out of the hotel as reception did not start until 10 AM. The only good thing in this hotel was the breakfast bar.

Rigtig god receptionist, dårlig housekeeper.

Receptionen var meget behjælpelig, imødekommende og meget hjælpsom, især da vi havde glemt en jakke. Hun burde få en fortjeneste medalje. Housekeeper burde undervises, hvornår man gå ind og gør rent. Når man beder dem om at vente, skal de (de var to) ikke komme ind 5 minutter efter og begynde at ordne værelset. Vi var midt i et privat opkald og ville ikke forstyrres. Vi bad om at få glas igen, som stod der, da vi checkede ind dagen før, samt vand. Det kunne ikke lade sig gøre. Man havde ikke mere vand! Vi følte os ikke velkomne til at være der i to nætter af dem. Morgenmaden har ændret sig, siden vi har boet der sidst. Den var mere skrabet.

Ein Hotel mit Vergangenheit und Charakter – man spürt, dass es vor 15–20 Jahren bestimmt ganz oben mitgespielt hat. Heute ist es zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, hat aber genau dadurch seinen eigenen Reiz und bietet immer noch ein faires Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Unser Zimmer war groß und sauber, mit zwei Balkonen, einem sehr bequemen Bett und herrlichem Blick auf die Hügel. Das Frühstück war absolut in Ordnung, und ein großes Dankeschön an die freundliche Rezeptionistin, die unseren späten Check-in unkompliziert und herzlich organisiert hat.

Ein Hotel, dass wohl mal ganz ambitioniert gestartet war, aber inzwischen zu einem Monteurhotel herab gesunken zu sein scheint. Alles ist etwas lieblos und unpersönlich. Das angepriesene Restaurant gibt es wohl auch nicht mehr, neben dem Eingang ist eine Hotelbar, wo man mit Glück wenigstens ein Bier bekommt. Die Lage des Hotels in einer Art Industriegebiet ist auch kein Highlight. Leider hatte ich bei der Buchung versehentlich ein falsches Datum angegeben (sicherlich mein Fehler!), aber man zeigte keinerlei Entgegenkommen, trotz einer intensiven Mail-Konversation. So habe ich die einmal genutzten Hotelzimmer zweimal bezahlen müssen, das hat mich wirklich geärgert und ist alles andere als kundenfreundlich. Insgesamt kann ich das Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen.

Wir hatten zwei geräumige Zimmer mit sehr viel Stauraum. Bei einem der Zimmer war auch das Badezimmer sehr groß. Das Hotel ist zwar schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, war aber sehr sauber. Nur die Duschen in unseren Badezimmern sollten mal wieder renoviert werden. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und die Dame an der Rezeption auch sehr kompetent. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war gut und es hat auch alles geschmeckt.

Immer noch entsetzt über diese unterkunft, vorsichtig abzocke ! Anfänglich machte das ganze einen netten eindruck Schreiben etwas von nachtruhe ab 22:00 aber hatten konstant lärm im zimmer schlecht isoliert. Der duschkopf könnte mal wieder entkalkt werden nebenbei zu erwähnen Der Höhepunkt der geschichte kommt beim check out bekam ich eine raucherrechning zugeschickt ,dar das nicht sein konnte rief ich bei dem Hotel an dort sagte man mir das es in dem Zimmer nicht nach Rauch sondern nach Cannabis rieche und das Hotel 2 Tage das Zimmer jetzt nicht vermieten könnte nebenbei sagte ich der Dame das ich medizinischer Patient bin , mir wurde bestätigt am Telefon das es nicht nach Rauch riecht das ganze empfinde ich als billige abzocke wie nötig kann es ein Hotel haben Menschen die schon medizinische leiden haben auch noch zu schikanieren extrem unwürdig . Anbei war das Frühstück in der Rechnung mit inbegriffen aber das stellten sie auch in Rechnung . Das war bis jetzt die schlechteste Erfahrung die ich mit einem Hotel überhaupt hatte und ich bin als Monteure in ganz Deutschland unterwegs und hatte vorher nie Probleme mit einem Hotel das bedaure ich sehr .
