"What was unique was the peaceful surroundings and mountain views. Staff was unusually helpful, pleasant and polite. Manuella at the desk always greeted us with a smile and deserves 5 stars fro her service. What I did not like was the hotel has a laundry service for an exhorbitant rate. They should just find a place and install self srvice machines, as then people would plan longer stays there because the peace and tranquility that comes from the mountain views is super amazing."

"Krone 1512 was a great place to stay. The location is excellent, about a 10 minute walk to the two centres of tourism - the Mirabell gardens and the Old Town. The room was spacious and clean, staff were responsive to our questions, pricing was good. I highly recommend this property. "
