A lively experience from the start. The front office made check in seamless with lots of information about the area and Spa. Room perfect with a spa bath and fantastic river views. Food was delicious with chanterelles in season and good wine recommendations. Club sandwich and cocktails in the bar quality. Hotel spa fantastic. Great breakfast! Egg station, great coffee. Smiles from everyone we encountered. Just perfect.

Perfect spot in Saxony Switzerland

A lively experience from the start. The front office made check in seamless with lots of information about the area and Spa. Room perfect with a spa bath and fantastic river views. I had to work and needed some broadband bandwidth and again everything was handled as best they could including access to the library to work from. Food was delicious with a chanterelles in season and good wine recommendations. Club sandwich and cocktails in the bar quality. Hotel spa fantastic. Great breakfast! Egg station, great coffee. Smiles from everyone we encountered. Just perfect.

Great location and breakfast - okay room

- fantastic to get picked up at the train station by the hotel staff. They were there and waiting for us when our train arrived and helped with the luggage - evening bar had a gentleman playingnthe piano which was very nice. Other bar and staffvservice was just average. - great breakfast with coffee waiting each morning in decent size pots. Foor selection and quality were a great positive. They will even make you a lunch to go for hiking if you request it. - location is pefext for those looking to see the most around the park and to get in great hikes or sights. Plenty of options for bus, boat, or train for gerltting to where you are going. - included entry to the therme (5 minute walk) was unexpexted and we used it several times. - room was a little disappointing. Bed was comfortable; not many towels; no free plugs causing us to unplug a lamp in order to charge devices AND.. no coffee or coffee pot. Felt this was a big letdown for the price and what was expected. Overall a great spot I would not be disappointed to stay on again.

Wonderful hotel in beautiful location

Wonderful hotel in a beautiful location. Take advantage of the Toskana spa, don’t leave it for check out day (it will not be complementary on that day). The room was lovely ( junior suite). Wifi was ok. Breakfast was very good, the buffet dinner was average, but ok for the price. The staff were all very nice and polite. Pool and other wellness amenities were very nice, overall- highly recommended.

Everything was fine. Excellent and friendly service Two suggestions to the manager: 1. This category of hotel usually offers tea/coffee facilities in the room- keep this standard 2.The bed was quite uncomfortable- two single mattresses of poor quality . On a king or queen bed- put a matching mattress not two put together

Ich hatte auf den Wunsch hin ein ruhiges Zimmer zum Innenhof. Das Zimmer war sauber und nicht zu klein. Das Personal war immer net und freundlich. Das Frühstückbuffet lies keine Wünsche offen - im grossen und ganzen ein schöner Aufenthalt - komme gerne wieder

sehr sauberer und ansprechender Wellnessbereich, sehr aufmerksames und freundliches Personal, schöne Lage. Zimmerausstattung für ein 5*haus lässt zu wünschen übrig: Betten etwas durchgelegen, keine Seifenschale/Ablage am Waschbecken, keine (n-)espresso maschine, keine Steckdosen am Schreibtisch, zu wenig vorhang, um die Fensterfront komplett zu verdunkeln.. Das Essen in der Bari muss man nicht unbedingt haben, da ist noch viel Luft nach oben.

Sauberkeit Hotel sehr gut. Gute Lage des Hotels als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge und freie Sicht auf die Elbe. Das ala Card Restaurant war top, sowohl Bedienung als auch das Essen. Im Gegensatz dazu war das Buffet für 37€ sehr ernüchternd und ich würde es nicht weiter empfehlen. Das Personal gesamt ist freundlich, leider manchmal mit einem überforderten Eindruck. Das ging leider beim Einchecken schon los (woran auch immer es lag). Beim Frühstück ist die Platzsuche jedem Gast selbst überlassen, was dazu führt, dass an einem 4-er Tisch 1 Person allein sitzt und mehrere Personen dann suchen müssen. Hotels in Urlaubergebieten weisen die Gäste ein und können so koordinieren, als Tipp. Teilweise waren die jungen! Damen mehr mit tratschen beschäftigt als die Tische frei zu machen. In der Bar war ein Barkeeper bis 21 Uhr allein. Er war stets freundlich und fleißig, aber den Andrang konnte er allein nicht bewältigen. Mit der 2. Bedienung (aus dem Restaurant?) wurde es dann besser.
