This hotel is in perfect vicinity of Bad Wildbad. However, if you are expecting a very nice hotel itself, then you are mistaken. You are paying for the amenities the hotel provides, such as unlimited access to the spa, free travel on the tram, and discounts for nearby hotels. The towel dryer in our room was broken, and the hotel was outdated, but again - we were more interested in the amenities rather than the hotel. The breakfast was decent, and the staff was very friendly.

We were expecting a 4-star hotel experience for the money we paid. We thought we booked the best possible hotel in town. We were deeply disappointed. There were no room services or cleaning of any kind for 7 days. Our beds were left unmade and untouched. We received fresh towels on day 6, after asking for them. All towels are worn and frayed. The bathroom sink did not drain. The furnishings and walls were dusty and tired. You can’t get even a glass of water or coffee anywhere on the premises after 10 am. The breakfast was great and the dining room is beautiful, but it is a shame that neither this room, nor any of the beautiful art deco spaces in the sister hotel across the walkway, are in use. No lights, no life, just dead unused space. As Wildbad natives, we remember how lively these spaces once were and we are sad for this town.

Prestations de très bonne qualité avec un gros plus pour l'accès direct au Palais Thermal. Les chambres sont propres et fonctionnelles mais pas de ménage fait après la 1ère nuit. Quelques petits manques dans la chambre par rapport au standing de l'hôtel: pas de bouilloire, pas de crème pour le corps, pas de chaine TV en français. Le petit déjeuner est exceptionnel en terme de variété mais à 9h30 plus de réassort et à 10h tout est retiré (il ne faut pas trainer!)...

Kurhotel wie vor 50-100 Jahren

War für uns ein Wellness Wochenende und dafür ist die Unterkunft super. passt vom Flair auch sehr gut zu der Jugendstiltherme. Der kurze Weg im Bademantel über den Platz ist auch sehr spaßig. Hotel selbst hat auch viel Charme mit goldumrandeten Schaltern und Stuckdecken. Frühstück und Service auch bestens. Daß man abends nicht noch irgendwo zusammen sitzen kann ist etwas schade.

Tolle Eindrücke aus längst vergangener Zeit

Charm aus vergangener Zeit. Man glaubt hier in wildbad 50 oder 100 Jahre zu spät zu sein. Tolles Hotel, toller Kurpark…… Therme architektonischer Witz unübersichtlich und von außen vergammelt. Wildbad braucht viel Mut und sehr viel Geld um die Bausünden wieder los zu werden.

This is a wonderful hotel and spa combination. The Mokni family has thought of everything in making a spa getaway the most enjoyable it can be. The breakfast buffet was tremendous. Lovely Stay

Great place to stay if you’re using the Palais Thermals. City center, near everything, good internet. Breakfast was nice, but overly restrictive and a bit authoritarian with the Covid protocols. To access the breakfast area you were told to wear plastic gloves, move in a circle through the main lobby, to a room with the food, and back to the seating area. Any deviation was met with a stern warning, barked across the floor. If you’re a Covid “bed wetter”, you’ll love the restaurant manager!
