"Very disappointing experience. There was no staff available at reception or anywhere in the property during our stay. We only saw one staff member briefly during check-in, and after that there was no one to assist us at all. The rooms are not cleaned during the day after you leave, and if anything runs out, there’s no one to ask or get help from. Overall, it felt very unmanaged and lacking basic service."

A “duplex” with a sofa bed that is not fit for human sleeping… third, the shower is tiny, can barely...
