"We booked a stay for July 19th 2024. We were going to stay one night after watching the Tour de France on Isola 2000. We left early in the morning with a Eta of 11am. They closed the road at 10am 9 miles from the hotel. The tour was going to finish around 5pm. We had to turn around. It was crazy traffic. We contacted the Sowell via email through expedia and the email they sent us. It was a special situation and we would like a refund. They never answered both emails. Very disappointed.. "

L’auberge est nichée au cœur d’un hameau en pleine nature, au sommet des montagnes, offrant des vues à couper le souffle et une tranquillité absolue. Un endroit parfait pour se ressourcer. "The place is quite and calm if you wish to stay bring your own car to take you in valberg 15 min any time you want the town is nice but dont ecowct to be snowing in winter time theres no snow,, no traffic its a center of tge town"
"Une nuit de passée : très bon accueil, très bon emplacement, parking voiture, draps et linge de toilette fournis. Deux belles chambres pour 2 adultes et 3 enfants. Seule "petite" remarque, poussière sous les lits. Mais je recommande sans hésitation cet établissement. "

The lad on reception has no clue about anything. On the first day we asked about rental shops for skis and they said they’re nothing in Saint Etienne, only to find one right by the ski lift!
I extended our stay by 1 night and annoyingly had to change rooms after the first night. Our first room was alright, they were rationing the toilet paper...
