"We had difficulty obtaining the check in information. This was through Vrbo so you are given the code to a lock box with the keys to the building and your room. We stood in the rain for about 30 minutes trying to get the information. The room itself was good. There was a nice bed and a huge closet. We stayed one night and a reasonable price. There is a hotel with a restaurant open to the public about 2 blocks away. Great pizza and beer. "

"Issue with no towels provided this was eventually resolved after numerous messages, kitchen appliance not clean. House was spacious and comfortable if we hadn’t had the issues listed stay would have been good."

"The e-mail for check in had not been received on the Hotels.com chat by 2pm, so i messaged and it did come through asap then. On arrival it was easy to find the key box and gain entrance. The stairs in hallway were a bit rough and the carpet is a bit loose and dirty/worn in patches. The door to our room was not very secure and a firm push would open the door without need for a key. There is no deadbolt of chain/lock inside to secure yourself in. The apartment is tired and could do with a layer...

"Everything was perfect. But the person who give us key for the apartment in crown plaza hotel, he didn’t mention the property entrance has code to open the door, the manual keys we have it even not working to open the door. After wasting 10min at door late night , I go back to crown plaza to mention issue and he mention the code is in key ring . So the issue sort out but if he mention at the time of handing over keys it’s really save our time."
