"Staff at front desk were great!"

"At no point were we ever able/allowed to use any of the things like the kayaks or the water bikes like Expedia said we would be able to. Everything is extremely expensive here and also the staff never let us swim in the ocean at any point because there was wood floating in it. Like what?? Also, the resort fee is a bit ridiculous. What resort? It is a hotel with an outdoor pool, seems pretty normal to me. "

"We had a great time. Ama food, drinks, nice facilities. Clean room. The only bad thing was the bed, very uncomfortable, I couldn’t sleep well as it was very hard and hurt my back. But apart from that, great resort. Will definitely recommend "

"Food was excellent. We were not able to swim On the ocean as the wind is pretty wild on this side of the island. Staff wasn’t overly friendly. Rooms were clean."

"Hotel website does not itemize room amenities in enough detail, our 1st room specified king bed with kitchenette (no mention of cutlery or plates etc.) however there was no table and chair to eat although misc. pics portrayed them - had to upgrade to a larger room + extra cost to provide this. The hotel is “well worn” with various “needs maintenance” subjects -(1) pool water not clear more foggy, one pool ladder with only 1 step set so high you coul pull your groin getting out, inner edge of pool looks dirty with scum (2) two room drain plugs broken (3) low water pressure in shower , bathroom floor tiles chipped (4) coffer maker missing slow drip component (was replaced with new). Had to pay for some water. Staff were great very accommodating, friendly and helpful special thanks to Pam and Alex. Plenty of bath towels provided but had to sign out beach towels….why? Felt safe on the resort and Nassau in general. Several very good restaurents near by (Spritz & Poop Deck) + grocery store walking distance. The private beach was so so - nice sand, aquamarine water with rock shelf repeating ok for snorkeling but difficult for swimming. "

"Bad Sevice! At check-in, I was told I could not get a second key unless I paid $15/day because they thought I might be “hiding” someone. This made no sense since the booking clearly states the base rate is for two guests and the unit sleeps up to six. I was already paying for two people. The issue was never resolved. Shortly after entering, a housekeeper opened the door without knocking, claiming management sent them to check the room. It felt intrusive. During my 5-night stay, there was no cleaning, no towel, or linen service, even though other rooms were being serviced. At one point, I found a second key left in my room that was not mine, raising concerns someone had entered without notice. WiFi was another major issue. While it is advertised, it did not function properly during my stay. I confirmed the password was correct, but the connection was extremely weak and essentially unusable. When I returned to the front desk for help, I was told, without any real effort to assist, that “it doesn’t work” and that it had been an issue for weeks. No solution, timeline, or alternative was offered. One of the main reasons I booked a two-bedroom unit that sleeps multiple people was for flexibility. I have family on and off the island, and having space for visits or unexpected situations was important. I was not trying to exceed capacity or get anything for free—the room was paid in full before arrival, and other family members had similar accommodations at the same property."
