"We had the pleasure of being assisted by Ali, the Manager at Pullman Istanbul Hotel & Convention Center, and I cannot praise him enough for the outstanding service he provided. From the very beginning, Ali was calm, attentive, and incredibly polite. He went above and beyond to make sure every detail of our stay was taken care of, and his professionalism truly stood out.
