"Loved our stay at the Platinum Seventy Jeddah. The apartment was bigger than I expected, with 2 spacious room, a big living room, a small kitchenette with the necessary cooking utensils and cutlery. "No towels or toilet paper in the bathroom. the staff member were extremely rude. it took the staff members five hours to get a towels and toilet paper. also they were doing construction on the floor above us around 12AM we could not sleep. "

"Firstly when we were coming from Jeddah airport no one knew their location. They are not known. When we found the hotel. We spoke that we booked the hotel. And they didn’t bother checking the system. The manager did not even bother to check. They made us wait 30minutes. The lifts was not working. Upstairs was so hot, the AC was not working as it was not giving cold air. So overall I was not happy and would not recommend at all"
