We arrived at around 5:00 pm; however, when we went to check in, both rooms were not yet ready, and we had to wait for about an hour until 6:00 pm to receive the keys. That said, both rooms were on the same floor and close to each other, as we had requested. The rooms were very spacious, clean, and tidy. The bathroom was well equipped with everything needed, and the shower had excellent water pressure. Breakfast was very diverse, catering to different cultures, with plenty of options, more than enough for everyone, and the service was excellent. We truly had a great time, and the hotel’s location was outstanding—just steps away from Haram Makkah. We would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Makkah.

At first, we had some issues with the check-in staff, which made the arrival a bit stressful. However, the next day the Guest Relations Manager, Shyram, was extremely helpful and went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect. His professionalism and kindness really turned our experience around. Also a big thank you to the housekeeping team, who were always friendly and attentive. very kind team at concierge and vallet. Overall, a good stay thanks to their great service — and we’re already coming back again on Sunday!

The location was great. We enjoyed the awesome breakfast which was frombl 6am to 10:30am. The elevators were lacking and always a wait. Otherwise all was great.
