Only thing was major construction everywhere and unfortunately the icon will not have a bay view in future as there is tons of new apartments homes hotels and a massive shopping mall being built in front and around the icon 40 building "

"The hotel is relatively new, hence in good condition. I booked for a bigger room so it’s comfortable. The water pressure in the shower is excellent but drainage is poor and took a long time to drain.
The location is good as it has ocean view, however you need to walk around 15 mins to a swimming beach. Around 500 meters from the hotel is a local market with lots of restaurants. The breakfast buffet has lots of options but they don’t replace food after it runs out so you need to get there...
