"I don't think the owners (especially the wife, Clara) realises they are in the hospitality business.
- Paid for a sea view and did not receive it. Clara blamed expedia.
- Not even the bare minimum is provided in the apartment (which was on expedia as an aparthotel-it definitely isn't).
- Wasn't cleaned at all during our stay, in fact we had to clean the whole apartment 'for inspection' before we left.
- oven but no oven gloves.
- no tea towels.
- had to buy toilet roll, bin bags, washing...
"Massimo was the consummate host. So helpful and willing to make our stay enjoyable. The hotel is clean, comfortable and well situated in La Caletta. Lots of nice beaches and restaurants close by. "
"Bel campeggio attrezzato e confortevole. Lo staff è molto cordiale e si respira un clima rilassato e allegro. Il servizio di pensione completa è molto comodo e il ristorante offre buoni piatti. Ci sono alcune piccole spiagge rocciose a disposizione del campeggio, che magari non sono particolarmente adatte a chi ama la sabbia, ma possono comunque regalare una bella pausa in relax. "It’s a beautiful seaside town the hotel is clean and well kept family owned!! They were very helpful and went above and beyond helping with luggage etc breakfast was nice and the location is excellent may restaurants in walking distance and good parking !! "
