"Clean room. Excellent breakfast"

"We travel to Yakima three or four times a year and always stay here. It's location is easy to get to and we've always felt safe here. The staff is friendly and the rooms are always clean and spacious, and they have a nice view of the Yakima River. The beds and pillows are excellent so we always get a good nights sleep here! The free breakfast is very good, with good coffee and hot food. They have a nice selection of breads for toast, cereals, waffle-maker, etc. You can walk from the hotel quite a distance along the river on the paved pathway. I can't speak about the pool, as we have never used it."

"You really don’t want me to rate my experience, the last time my mom and I stayed at this hotel it was fine, simple clean room with no extras. We were happy enough with our experience to reserve again last week. Our next experience gives terrible a whole new meaning, our room was a bio hazard and we checked in too late to find other accommodations. I’m still waiting to hear from My Place for a refund, or at the very least an apology for putting a customer in said “bio hazard” room. My Place did cancel and refund our reservation for the next night."

"We got to breakfast an hour before they close and there was no coffee and no staff to ask for coffee. The key fob for the door quit working at 9 AM and checkout isn’t until 11 and there was no staff around to ask questions about it. On top of that, they took the $50 for the damage deposit and we left the room in perfect condition."

"We requested one of the beds to be remade due to the sheets not looking clean, which they immediately did. The door lock was messed up, I couldn’t set the dead bolt unless I adjusted the lock cassette. "
