"Our flight was delayed for several hours so we did get there until the next day. When we got there our place was given away and they gave us the small place that wasn't going to work for us. I did speak to the owner and got me another place that was very nice. He did offer to refund us one of days stay. Which was very professional of him and I would stay at any of Mr. M's properties. "

"The check-in and check-out process is not the best as there is no front desk. Yu also have to leave a deposit for the room via a link so that the property can have your card information. The communication with the staff was confusing with diferent people contacting. And the staff does not speak english. In the morning, before check-out, I also had a worker coming into my room to do some fixing. Otherwise the room, kitchen and bathroom were clean "

"We had a wonderful stay at Val Serviced Apartments. The apartment is beautifully appointed, very comfortable, and thoughtfully designed — it felt like a stylish home in the heart of the city. The location is fantastic, just a stone’s throw from Passeig de Gràcia, which made it incredibly easy to walk to great restaurants, cafés, and many of Barcelona’s iconic sights. Everything about the stay was smooth and enjoyable, and the apartment gave us the space and comfort that a hotel often cannot...
