"Apart from the food and the staff everything else needs a major makeover! The entire property requires renovation. Starting with their rooms, mattress, water geyser, swimming pool and the list goes on. We found chewing tobacco (snooze) in the bathroom (pic attached). At check in we were asked for 750/- per night in addition to the room charges for air conditioning. "It was a pleasant and memorable stay experience at Bel-La Monde Hotel Riverside. Located on NH309 Appx 11.5km from Ramnagar Station. Property is clean, rooms are Cozy. They have Lovely Cottages as well. Some rooms are at Bank of River. One of best and unique that they have dedicated Villa having 5-8rooms with private Swimming Pool. I wish I could stay here. "Really enjoyed staying there. Whole staff was very friendly. Liked the folk music during high tea. Enjoyed playing in the swimming pool with kids and other sports like table tennis, carrom, chess. Cafeteria was also very good. Located on the bank of the river which had less water, so in the evening we could sit on the river stones and wash our feet in flowing water. All in all it was a great experience. "
