When we went to our room, we discovered water on the floor by the bathroom (into the hall). We went back to the desk, and received an upgraded room for the inconvenience. Everyone was helpful, and the upgrade was very nice!

When I checked in the keys were not working so multiple staff had to open the door each time I went in and out of the room. I was not told you had to ask for your room to be cleaned. Room cleaning is at the guest request. Even then it is a hit or miss. There are no elevators and no porters to help ...
