"Everything is good. Most of the appliances and fixtures are new or very well taken care of. Only will be a plus if there is microwave for easy heating on the next day and the masters toilet room shower heater seems not working. But nonetheless it is a very good place to stay. "1階のセキュリティーで受付してからセキュリティーと一緒に1703室に行きました。室内にオーナーがいて全て英語で説明を受けました。ルームキーは、暗証式の番号キーです。Wi-Fiは口頭で入力しました。デポジット3,000ペソ（チェックアウトの時返金）を手渡し、受取も無く、説明書も無く、普段は紙物が当然有るのが無いと不安になりました。良かった点は、Wi-FiがGoodです。PCで仕事のメール確認やLINEでのTVコンタクトもGoodです。無料のミネラルウオーター18Lが有るのでGoodです。買い物は近くに雑貨屋とセブンイレブンが有ります。NGはコンセントが少ない、シャワーの水量が弱い・バスタブにお湯を入れようとしたら蛇口からお湯が出ない・蛇口の代わりにシャワーで入れるとなかなかお湯がたまらないので断念しました。遮光カーテンでは無いので朝明かりが気になる。壁が薄いので隣の部屋の音（掃除機の音やテーブルを動かしたときの音）がきになりました。 この部屋の利用は、多少は英語ができないとNGです。 前もってのパスポートのコピーが必要です。セキュリティーでのチェック用です。"

"What an amazing hotel! We loved the location in the modern and bustling Makati central business district. The area felt very safe and walkable with great malls and parks in the area. A stark contrast to Manila and the old town. The room was large and spacious and the bed very comfortable. The bathroom was as well with a great shower and a soaking tub. We had breakfast included and what a spread! It was delicious and plentiful, perhaps over the top. The service was impeccable and the staff were always so gracious, kind and serviable. I will stay here over and over again on future returns to Manila. "
