It has been awhile since I stayed in the Nobu and unfortunately, some of the fine touches are gone. The mini bar has few items, the water pressure in the shower is like a two star hotel now and there was no once to help us with our bags or help get transportation on our way out. Same beautiful place but diminished customer service.

We had an excellent stay at the Nobu Hotel. The staff was very gracious in accommodating all our requests. They were very responsive in communicating through email. I highly recommend this wonderful hotel!
