While we enjoyed the coffee shop for breakfast, the common lounge area and fire pit. Our favorite amenity was the free guest laundry. That was unexpected but super cool. "

"Hotel needs a bit of love. Room was clean enough, bed comfortable. Lots of noise from other rooms and outside. Continental breakfast ok, way too many tables and chairs in dining area. Not easy to navigate without bumping into someone. "

"An absolutely fabulous location if you don’t mind the 20-30 minute drive to Moab. The property is beautiful and being on the Colorado river was very peaceful. Room was somewhat expensive but our Riverside King Suite was spacious and well appointed. The in room espresso machine with mugs that did not fit in it was puzzling and when I queried the front desk they just agreed and shrugged. Extremely peaceful unless you are unlucky enough to get a loud neighbor. Fitness facility and laundry were closed. Restaurant was beautiful and food was good but service was glacial and most of the staff seemed indifferent. A little bit of effort would make this place a 5 star experience. I would stay again because the location is so much nicer than places I saw in Moab. "
