Hotel room was very dirty and small. There were also a lot of mosquitoes and the AC unit didn't work very well, so I was bit even before we were able to settle in. Consequently, we ended up not staying at this hotel. Probably won't be booking there again nor via Travelocity again, unfortunately. There should be more accurate and updated information regarding this venue on Travelocity.com so customers can make a better informed decision on reservation, considering this was a non-refundable reservation. Very disappointed.

I stayed here for 5 days. I noticed they missed cleaning the room one day. 2 of 5 they didn’t leave water bottles. They are not consistent. Bathroom is outdated. Water sips out of shower door which I also complained to the front desk. Over all its an ok facility. Thanks

The hotel is located at the center of Balanga City, very accessible to places of interest in the city. It is next to the City Hall and Cathedral Parish of St. Joseph is just across. Most importantly, what really made our stay very pleasant is the attitude of all the hotel staff. From the people who’ll meet you at the ground floor, (since the reception is on the 3rd floor), the two pretty ladies at the reception, to the people at the restaurant, they were all very gracious, attentive, informative, respectful and ever-smiling. I can say they had a very good training in customer service.

Good, neat hotel.

Ensure you have a room that faces the plaza. My first room faced the back and the view was of some grotty stairs. Upgraded to Presidential Suite (they didn't have anything else) and that was a great room for the price.

Nice hotel

It was a nice hotel , I thought parking is gonna Be hard to find. Since it's a street parking. the hotel is nice , the breakfast room is a nice place to start your day. Will stay again.

Location

Hotel is close to City Hall. No place to park or discharge passenger. Very crowded and few place to eat. Room needs upgrade.

Great place to stay at overall of the city. City is very small only a few places to choose but fhis place is by gar the best and right smack in the muddle of the city.

Convenient and pleasant hotel

We liked the location of this hotel - right at the center of activities in Balanga, Bataan. We were there on a week-end and the plaza was full of activities. The mall and several restaurants were close by, as well as the cathedral.

Zentral gelegenes aber nicht zu empfehlendes Hotel

Gut ist die zentrale Lage. Beim ein- und auschecken gab es eine lange Wartezeit. Lange Wartezeiten gab es auch vor dem Aufzug. Eine Treppe war nicht auffindbar. Es wurde bis ca. 0:30 im Hotelzimmern Möbel zurechtgerückt. Leider auch im Zimmer über unserem. Es war dementsprechend laut. Ungefähr 30 Minuten nach dem auschecken haben wir festgestellt festgestellt, dass wir ein Ladegerät im Zimmer vergessen haben und gingen nochmals zur Rezeption. Allerdings bekamen wir die Antwort, der Zimmerservice hat nichts mehr gefunden. Auf die Frage, ob ich selber nochmals nachsehen kann, wiederholte die Dame an der Rezeption ihre Antwort, jetzt aber unfreundlich. Ich werde das Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen.

Das Hotel am Platze

Wir besuchten Freunde dort, hatten deswegen die Chance 2 unterschiedliche Zimmer zu sehen. Die beste Kategorie (nicht direkt über Expedia buchbar) ist sehr empfehlenswert, groß, Zimmer zum Platz hin, ruhig, tolles Bad. Die günstigste Kategorie ist sehr viel kleiner, das Bad ist winzig und sehr unpraktisch. Insgesamt wirkt das Hotel und speziell die Zimmer renovierungsbedürftig. Frühstück ist gut, allerdings muss man das Haus verlassen und es gibt nur 6 Wahlmöglichkeiten. Dazu nur 2 unterschiedliche Getränke. Umgebung ist klasse, das Hotel liegt direkt neben einem Robinsons Einkaufszentrum. Parkplätze gab es immer genug direkt am Hotel.

Close to restaurants

Restaurants is just downstairs like jollibee greenwhich but the thing is they dont vacuum the floor and when you shower the water leaks in the whole bathroon floor, which makes it slippery. Free breakfst is good.
