"The rooms were nice and clean, the breakfast was good. They had a very nice bar area and the employees were all very nice."

"The cooling tower was on the fritz, so the entire property was like 80°, but my room actually had functional AC, so I stayed comfortable! The place is a little run down, but the price is right and it's very central to everything, especially all the Sanford locations. I didn't use the outdoor pool, but it looked clean. Unfortunately the grass around it was knee high. It just looked as if they hadn't had a chance to catch up on general maintenance since winter, and I can't fault them for that....

"Room was clean. Tub was gross and didn’t drain. Pool was closed and the breakfast was very poor and they ran out fast. You could smell skunk from the housekeepers area. Over all just a low ok."

"The staff was really nice but the property was old and stinky. Our heat vent made a terrible noise every 3 minutes and our bed was crooked so when you laid on it your feet was in the air."

"Over Memorial Day weekend I had a 3 night stay at this location. The room was clean, it had both a microwave and fridge/freezer in the room which was very nice. Breakfast was served from 8 am to 10 am, which was very good. I requested that I not be disturbed and I was never bothered, which made my stay very enjoyable."

"Hotel is older but well maintained. Room was clean and the bed comfortable. Easy access to get to the room and very convenient location for an event at the Bismarck Conference Center."

"Room was poorly kept up after cleaning staff came by (ie bed skirt was off, handles were sticky and dirty). Sink did not drain properly and breakfast was not very good either. Staff is nice but for the price I think I’ll go elsewhere next time. "
