Everything was perfect. Room condition is so good. So comfy, dry and soft beds. Swimming pools are so clean even those are huge. No smell of any chemical treatment there. People are so nice and kind. Location is soo good to eat(just beside of the hotel there's popular street for food and massage) ...

Nusa Dua Beach Hotel and Spa - Handwritten Collection
The grounds are immaculate and the staff very friendly and helpful. The rooms have seen a lot of wear and tear, however, and are in some need of attention. Overall it was still a great stay.
